Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of damage or defect (photos or videos) may be requested to process your return.
- Returns are subject to inspection and approval by our support team.
Exchange & Replacement Policy
Requests for exchanges or replacements must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Once approved, your replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- Delivery of the replacement typically takes an additional 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Overall, most replacement orders are completed within 7–10 business days.
Refund Policy
Once your return request has been approved and the returned product has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly.
- Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after approval.
- The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Cases
- Products that have been opened, used, or consumed.
- Damage caused due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery.
- Returns requested due to personal preference, including taste, flavour, or change of mind.
- Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.
