Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other approved digital payment options.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled only before they are processed for dispatch. Please contact our support team immediately at truoathnutrition@gmail.com or WhatsApp us if you need to make any changes.
Q: Will I receive a confirmation after placing my order?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order is successfully placed.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across India.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner. A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched.
Q: Do you offer guaranteed delivery dates?
At this time, we do not offer guaranteed delivery dates. Estimated timelines are based on our courier partners and may vary due to factors such as location, weather, or logistics.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or has a broken seal upon delivery. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographic or video evidence.
Q: Can I return a product if I don’t like the taste?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns based on taste preference or change of mind. Please refer to our product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Q: How will my refund be processed?
Approved refunds are credited to your registered UPI ID within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
